The US Embassy will be running a live QnA session on Facebook on 13 February, and a consulate officer will answer questions related to immigrant visas for spouses and fiance(e)s.

I want to point out that this Q&A is for the US Embassy in AUSTRALIA, not all US Embassies! It appears to be very country-specific.
