We just got in the 90 day window to file and plan to file this week.

On April 20th we want to got to the Philippines for about 3 weeks?

Welcome comments on any issues or from anyone that has traveled while ROC pending?

The NOA for your I-751 also acts as a one year extension for your current green card; simply take your (expired) green card and the original NOA (once you have received it) and you can do everything with it that you can do with your current green card, including travelling internationally.

Once you file for ROC there will be a biometrics appt. I am just estimating, but if you file this week, the biometrics appt. should be somewhere in the middle of March. If you wait much longer to file the ROC the more likely the biometrics appt. will interfere with your travel.
