I live in the U.S. and I am married to a man from Nigeria. March 28 will be our 1 year anniversary. USCIS is now requesting more proof that it is a bona fide marriage. I don't know what else to send them. I sent them almost a hundred photos of our wedding and photos of us havind dinners with the family. Pictures with family and friends. We sent them provocative pictures and emails and facebook messages. I sent them many conversations of ours off of facebook. I sent them our original marriage certificate. Affidavits from family and friends. Copies of my credit cards, insurance cards, drivers license, social security card, all proof that I had my name changed. I don't send him money, so no financial support there but I do by airtime on his phone so I supplied that. I don't know what other proof I have. When I really get to thinking about this it makes me angry that I have to prove to someone and worry if someone somewhere believes that we are in love. I know that's the wrong attitude but just cant help it. We have been trying for 3 years to be together, first fiancée visa then tourist visa and now the spousal visa. We filed the spousal visa on May 13, 2013.
