I am now preparing ahead my requirements for my k1 visa interview because we received already the NOA2,my questions is.Is that okey if my fiance I-134 1099R and 1040 forms are photocopies because he send it in my email but of course there is signature of him already.thank you vj members god bless you all have a nice day !

I-134 needs to actually be mailed to you, as it needs to be an original copy.

They're right, I-134 needs to be original copy and ink signed. Also the Letter of Employment (if employed by a company). The rest of the supporting documentation from your petitioner, copies should be enough.

Actually I am not wrong about it being required. Everything listed in the I-134 instructions for evidence is OPTIONAL. Those pieces of evidence listed are merely guidelines of what you can include to prove your income/assets. The requirements are actually embassy dependent, and most require just the most recent year tax return.
