Hey stay positive. When you least expect it you're going to wake up to an Approved petition email. Stay strong because you're gonna need it for the NVC process.

Hey Everyone - I've been pretty quiet lately. Just putting together my RFE response with the help of an expert. I sent the packet last week. The month that I spent gathering everything together was hard and very emotional, I even got very sick. I'm doing my best to stay positive, but I really wish my husband was here already. My friends are absolutely not supportive, which makes things harder. Just my family has been a great help. Thank God for them.

Sent the RFE on Thursday Sep 9th, God willing I hear from them soon.

Sending some positive vibes to everyone who is waiting for their NOA2 :goofy:

Congratulations Paricoco!!! That is wonderful news, good luck at NVC.

May I ask, what was the RFE about? I'm wondering if it was something simple or complex like mine. It seems they processed your evidence pretty quick. I'm hoping mine will be too, but it was a big packet. not sure what to expect.

Thanks,

~ Sofi :cry::rolleyes:

Approved!

I'm using an attorney and NVC also recognizes that, so it seems that NVC sent an e-mail to him

and then I got an email from him.

Sorry I'm not sure the way NVC contacts you if you don't use a lawyer :unsure:

Hey my friend! How are you doing? I just called them today too, and it took less than an hour to talk to a real person (beginner's luck I guess :) ). My case was received on Sept. 10th, so I am in the same loop as you!
