Approved June 11th; PD Feb. 18th. I may have been an expedite, but I'm not sure (we sent a request but never got an answer).

does anybody know how long how much time it takes for TSC to send an approved I-130 to NVC??/

It's taking two weeks to Three weeks for NVC for receiving Approval case from TSC.

02-21-2014: NOA2 for I-130( I-129F closed)

03-11-2014: NVC received case

03-19-2014: NVC sent case back to USCIS

04-07-2014: USCIS got the case

sent case back to NVC again :P

4/11/2014: NVC case number assigned.

4/21/2014: AOS and IV fees Paid.

4/24/2014: DS-260 submitted.

5/01/2014: AOS packet scanned

5/01/2014: IV packet scanned

5/21/2014: case completed. Woooowwww

6/26/2014: Medical Day

7/13/2014: Biometrics day

07/14/2014: Interview date ( First Anniversary) (L)(L)(L)

I wonder too I've been in Mexico for two months already waiting for my i130 to be approved and all I hear is stories of people killed and disappeared. I do not feel too safe here.

does anyone know if civil strife a reason for expedite since all the drug cartel in mexico going on ??

You can call USCIS and request for Expedite. But don't forget that you Will need Strong Proof to prove your Expedite request.. And you won't loose anything if your request got rejected. So Go ahead.

Its for me. My case is rare I was taken to the USA when I was two and I got married at 18. Then the USCIS gives situations like mine 180 days to leave the country and avoid to be considered illegal so I left but before I left I filed the i130 and now my wife and I are in a country we know very little about with her being born In California and me leaving here when I was two. Its hard but the struggle comes with a good reward.

Forza1906 is the I-130 For you or are you petitioning for someone else?

What would be an example of strong proof ?

You can call USCIS and request for Expedite. But don't

forget that you Will need Strong Proof to prove your Expedite request.. And you won't loose anything if your request got rejected. So Go ahead.

So I am march filer I am the benefiiary, I told my husband about all this expite thing, I live in mexco, in sinaloa, extramly dangerous they just killed 12 guys yesterday like 30 mins away from here, they got el chapo 2 hours away from me and well a lot of stuff u guys think it will be good to give it a shot? Does the expidite makr everything quicker at the NVC too?
