Right, I want to start of saying I am 19 years old, and have been to doctors and hospitals for years, with medical problems that have prevented me from going to school or finding a job. I obviously have no income, but I do have a co-sponsor who makes well over the amount required.
Would they accept us with me not being able to work at the minute? I am still in the process of being diagnosed, I DO however know that it is an autoimmune disease. I am not, nor will I ever be receiving disability. When filling out a form (since I am the petitioner), how do I answer these questions? I do own my own mobile home on family owned land.

7. I am employed as or engaged in the business of unemployed .

I derive an annual income of $0.00

They will accept your joint sponsor. You obviously don't qualify. As a matter of fact when you present the affidavit of support in London at the interview, if you can't meet the requirements then they don't really care if you supply an I-134. They will take one from another sponsor. They will also let the beneficiary self-sponsor if he has enough savings or liquiid assets.

P.S. I see you got NOA2. You need to start reading and following this http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/ and post your questions in the UK forum if they are about anything to do with your interview.

As long as your joint sponsor meets the income requirements you will be fine.

What type of autoimmune disease do they think you have? I have 3- Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sjogren's Syndrome. After working as a Dental Hygienist for 20 years I could no longer use my hands to do my job, I applied for disability and received it. SSDI is not a means tested benefit(it isn;t welfare) you get what you put into it. After diagnosis you should look into applying for it, autoimmune diseases are no walk in the park. If you go on SSDI you will also be eligible for Medicare insurance(you pay for it), which can help if you are not insured(I have private insurance but it is an option should I ever need it). When I filled out the I 864 I used my SSDI as income and it was accepted. My disability income is over the minimum income requirements. I also work part time in retail, staying home all the time was driving me crazy. If you need anyone to talk to about your autoimmune stuff feel free to inbox me, it helps knowing and talking to others in the same boat.
