I just turned in the k1 VISA packet on Jan 28th. Can I start collecting the necessary paper for the next step? As in bank and work statements or do they have to be in a certain timeline before I turn it in?

2014/1/28 Sent I129f application

2014/1/31 USCIS received petition
2014/2/12 I129f approved
2014/2/15 NOA2 hard copy recieved in mail
2014/02/21 MNL case # received, administrative processing
2014/02/25 in transit to US Embassy Manila
2014/02/26 Paid Visa fee and scheduled Interview

2014/03/11 Medical Evaluation
2014/03/18 Interview date *APPROVED*

I didnt think it would be this quick. We just gotta wait for the VISA to be mailed to her house and then the CFO seminar.

Sure you can start collecting documentation and evidence needed for the AOS, support, and interview. Just try to keep in mind that the more current, within a couple of months, the necessary and requirements documentation and evidence is dated makes this documentation and evidence more relevant. Just my opinion to all of the "other" rocket scientists that will reply.

Best of luck!

Always collect anything that may show you are an actual couple, take pictures of the both of you, birthdays, going to the beach, whatever, I suggest using Picasa on Google and make collages, add in the when, where and a heading, using the text edit key, then print these as you go...we had 35...get joint accounts and maintain them. Any proof of joint accounts and cohabitation are key to your success, any time of seperation keep phone records, calling cards, letters to each other, plane tickets, keep everything...good luck, stay focused and build a file, ours stands about 8 inches...never an RFE...start now.
