Hello, everyone!

We're February 2014 filers, too, but I noticed that most people who post on this thread are filing for K-1 Visa. I don't know if it matters, but we're filing for K-3/CR-1 Visa (whichever comes first), and we have received an email notification on 17 March (NOA1 for I-129F), saying that our case has been accepted and routed to Nebraska Service Center. Based on our timeline data, the I-130 may be adjudicated between 31 March and 27 April. We are praying that this estimate materializes!

Cheers,

Jae

I think there are some filing threads on the K-3/CR-1 Visa branch of the forums but you're welcome here! Good luck :)

I just did a little bit of research... of the 43 timelines here on VJ who had NOA1 dates in the first week of February, 2014 (February 1st-7th. these are people who filled out timelines, NOT only people who post on this thread), 15 have gotten their NOA2's and they represent various countries; not all of them are from the Philippines. So that's a little over a third who've been approved. :) We're getting there, February filers!! :)dancin5hr.gif

I'm happy to see it too. :) There have only been a small handful of people who've posted on this thread who've said they have their NOA2. I was starting to wonder just how much it's slowing down! But you're right; we are blessed that the process isn't taking as long as it has, historically. :)
