Hello guys! i've been reading this topic since the beginning, but didn't write anything because simply couldn't remember my old login.. But couldn't resist today, since i got an email with this amazing sentence in it - "On July 17, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

I filed on Feb 14, they recieved it on Feb 17, i got my NOA on Feb 20, biometrics on March 21.. and now approved. Which is kind of surprise, because i was expecting an RFE.. We have very little evidence.. No bank accounts together, no bills, no affidavits, no vehicles in both names.. We only sent in tax returns, joint leases (the last one was expired and i didn't notice it till after i had sent the documents), and our daughter's birth certificate.. Also pictures, few cards and pretty much that's it..

so, i guess i'm the first one approved at VSC!

good luck to everybody!!!

yay! congrats!! first VSC approval! woohoo

Hello everyone! Like 'Junior Member', I have also not posted in the forum in a long time. We completed our biometrics on 03/28/14. After seeing 'Junior Member' post of approval, I decided to check our case status. WE WERE APPROVED!!! As of 07/17/14 the process for card production started. Such great news after celebrating our 3rd anniversary on 07/16. Good luck everyone else!!

All,

This forum has been great over the years giving me a sense of how long things should take so I'm paying it forward.

2/4/14 NOA Date

2/28/14 Early biometrics

7/20/14 E-mail approval

Looks like things are really moving now for the Feb filers in VSC. Good luck everyone.

Just got an RFE date 07/17. Apparently moving out couple months after sending the ROC is a red flag, regardless if your paper work is quarter of an inch thick. What I don't understand is that we received a letter saying that our case was sent to California for further review right after the change of address and the RFE's documentations to be sent to Vermont. Round 2, here we go.

USCIS
