Wow, so much is happening today! I just checked my mail and the yellow letter was here too. Still no interview letter, but I think this must have only been mailed today, as the online status lists today's date as 'being scheduled'. The yellow letter is dated 6/19.

Quick question: all they're asking me to bring is state issued ID/driver's license, plus all passports (current and expired) issued by another government. The only passports I have here in the States with me are the one I had when I entered the country as an immigrant, and the new one I had issued in 2012 when my old passport expired. I had maybe 3-4 other passports issued to me by my home country prior to the expired one, but none of these are here with me. Will it be ok to take just the ones I have here (which are the latest two), or am I supposed to bring ABSOLUTELY everything and I need to ask my parents to find the old ones and mail them over?

So excited to be scheduled for interview! :dancing:

Also relieved I wasn't asked to bring proof of ongoing marriage, though I will be taking some proof, just in case. Now time to brush up on those Civics questions! :content:

I don't have my older passport which contained a few entry stamps since I became a permanent resident because they took it away at the time of issuing a new one.

I was kind of worried at first but then I was able to track the confirmation emails for my flights and also a bank statement which shows dates when purchases were made in Europe and the US on the exact dates I boarded my flight and after landing. So it worked out perfectly. Or at least I hope it will.

I can imagine taking away the old passport is a standard procedure in most countries.

Congrats to those who passed their interviews :) also big hurray for those who finally got scheduled :) and my sympathy for those who are still waiting...my interview is in 8 days, I've been polishing up on those questions...can't wait to be done.

Since you have mentioned it you will have to get proof unfortunately. Normally they are with the municipal court.

When I had my interview, the interviewer looked to see if I had left the country and she also confirmed my name to make sure that it matched the application and the green card.

Sure would like to see some dates being posted in the "Oath" column. My wife is still stuck on the blue Interview and testing ball on the USCIS website. Seems like us March filers hit a wall after the interview. Keeping my fingers crossed for us all that we will see some movement soon!

Well I am updating Fumes and I Oath Date. I think we didn't want to update it because we are mad that we will have to go to Memphis again to do it (for me is a 6 hours drive), because they are having another ceremony the same date at Knoxville (which is only 1 hour drive for me). I contacted them, and they sent me a letter saying they couldn't change my request to have my ceremony in Knoxville because all the slot are accounted for.... so I just have to go all the way... by myself because my husband will have his at Knoxville...

I was put in Oath scheduling queue today. My wife on the other side did not even though we did interview the same date. How long approximately it take from being put in scheduling until they schedule you?

my case is still there since June 9th .

I am moving overseas for few years in first week of August.

I am dying here!!!!

04/08/2014 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

04/30/2014 - Interview scheduled

05/05/2014 - Interview notice recieve

06/05/2014 - Interview (approved)

06/09/2014 - Placed in the oath scheduling que

Wen was your interview? When are your travel plans?

Sorry for answer late, my interview date was on Jun 11, my trip will on Nov I want to get ticket before that 2 months cause it's cheaper than closer travel date and it will take 4-6 weeks to get US passport. I hope Oath Ceremony will not later than next month. ^-^

My case hit a wall too! Interview was 5/13. Got put in oath queue on 6/3, and hasn't been updated since then. This Friday will be 45 days since my "recommended approval" date, which is how long uscis.gov says to expect to be scheduled for the oath. Grrrrr! I'm going on vacation the last week of August and it's going to be complicated if the oath happens right before or during the trip. Once I take the oath I'll have to rush to get my passport or bye bye vacation! And if my luck is just right it will be scheduled right when I'm supposed to be away. What then? I guess reschedule? Do they put you in the back of the line when you do that? SIGH... I can't wait to be done.
