Hi,

You should get a police clearance from all the places you have lived in India for more than 6 months and all the foreign places where you have resides for more than 12 months. For India is valid 12 months.

This will help you:

PCC from Passport office is required and not from local offices, it does not matter whether you lived in several places in India. One PCC from passport office is what needed.

I haven't lived in india at multiple places but I lived at one place in India for 20 years and since from four years I'm in singapore ( that too at one place). So I should apply for police clearance at PCC in singapore!!

That's all I have to do.

I don't need police clearance from India and Singapore!

You need a certificate from all countries where you have lived for more than 6 months, therefore you need a certificate from both India AND Singapore.
