New to this K-1 VISA thing.. I received this today by e-mail "Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Texas Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number ...My question is, Is this the NOA1? if not what is the NOA1?

Yes it is. We call it NOA1 because it is the first one you receive as your petition has been accepted. The NOA2, the second one means your petition has been approved.

Yup! Now you can use your receipt number to check for status updates on their website (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do)

Good luck with your journey! :)
