When can we register for Loomis Express??

I suggest waiting until after Montreal has received the case from NVC. That's what I did.

What IS loomis express? It seems to be a shipping company but I'm confused why one would register for it.

Also my DS261 was avaliable today so I filled it out! I still haven't gotten my ENROLL confirmation though, does that make a difference?

Nope. A link to the list of eligible countries is in the first post.

Canadians need to sign up for Loomis before the interview, so the visa can be sent back to your chosen Loomis location. You won't be allowed inside the consulate unless you've signed up for Loomis and have a confirmation page printed out with you.

Nope, doesn't matter. EP is for emailing documents and the DS-261 is an online form. Two different processes.

No problem!

And as long as you don't get any checklists and complete the DS-260/send the IV package ASAP, then it's quite possible for you to get a case complete by the end of the month!

It might be a delayed checklist email. You may want to call up NVC on Monday and inquire. Request to speak with a supervisor, if you keep getting different answers from operators.
