Completed DS-160 now what?

Hi,

I just completed the DS-160 form for the K-1 visa, i was then searching for where i go to pay for the visa and to schedule my medical and interview and evetually found out i should go to https://usvisa-info.com/ .. so i did that and clicked on Non-Immigrant visa and created an account but on the next page where i "add applicant" the form seems to be somewhat jumbled. The problem i have is when i scroll the box that says "visa class" there is no K-1 fiance visa class, all other classes it seems but not the K.

Am i missing a trick here or could it just be the website has problems perhaps? I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

Cheers!

I also only sent off for my ACRO police report today, so i think that could take a few weeks to come back, could anyone advise me as to when i should book my medical exam considering this? If i tried to book the medical now would they let me book a date for 1-2 months from now so i can get my police report or do the medicals come pretty soon?

Thanks very much for any advice.

Jon.

I have no idea what consulate you will be going through, so no one can answer accurately any questions you have about the medical or scheduling your interview. Different consulates have different procedures. Check in your regional forum for info specific to yours.

You need to check under immigrant visa. K-1's are processed by the consulates under the immigrant visa category.

Thanks for the reply.

I am a UK citizen and my Fiance is a US citizen who is the petitioner, so i will be going through the London embassy. I assume i only need to go to pay my visa fees on https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb after i have confirmation of my interview appointment. I sent my ACRO police report off today and also need to send off for a subject access report this week, as from what i've read on here, if the report comes back with "no live trace" then they will want the subject access report for specific details on an arrest for drunkeness in a public place over 6 years ago.

Cheers!
