Hi all

I got the good news from my husband this morning. His i-130 got approved after 7 months and 23 days. Long wait time, but thank God for giving us the grace!! Miracles do happen! Keep the faith, for those waiting for approval. It will surely come!

03-14-14: Case Number assigned

03-17-14: IIN Number assigned. Email addresses given

03-18-14: DS-261 Available and submitted to NVC

03-18-14: AOS invoice available on portal; AOS paid

03-20-14: AOS shows "PAID"

03-21-14: AOS/I-864 packet express mailed to NVC

03-24-14: AOS packet arrived at NVC

03-28-14: IV invoice available on portal; IV invoice paid. "IN PROCESS"

03-29-14: IV Packet express mailed to NVC

03-31-14: IV Packet received by NVC

04-04-14: IV payment rejected

04-04-14: IV paid again “IN PROCESS”

04-07-14: Real checklist for AOS packet (incomplete i864)!

04-08-14: IV invoice shows "PAID"

04-08-14: DS-260 submitted

04-09-14: Real checklist response received at NVC

04-15-14: IV Packet accepted

04-15-14: DS 260 accepted

04-28-2014: Case Complete!!!!!!!

06-02-2014: Interview!!(previously June 13) (L) APPROVED!!
