NVC AOS check list false

i have received check list but AOS not accepted,,,,,,my wife provided information AOS of return tex of year 2012 and provided also all pay slips and all return texs of last three months of year 2013 . but not accepted....did you provide AOS of year 2012 or 2013???

i am in too much confusion please guide me,,,,,

You need to look at your tax return and put your total income there not you adjusted gross income the two are different when you look at it make sure you see total gross income

is there no any point about issue of year 2012 or 2013?

we sent packet of AOS on DEC 19 2013..but NVC revieiwed this packet in jan 2014

From what I've read around here on VJ from other members, you should have 2012 tax return, all pay slips from 2012 and also the previous three years. So that means 2010, 2011 and 2012. Some people say it's okay not to have 2013 tax docs because the deadline for tax filing for year 2013 will be on April 2014. So, I would say year 2010, 2011 and 2012 can have more bearing but of course, including your pay slips from 2013 can always come handy. My source: reading around on VJ.
