Why are they so slow? They are the only one who hasn't been getting transfers, they should be going the fastest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can you only do 939 petitions in a month if you have 14,000 in your backlog! Insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously I am so upset I don't know how to go on working. 939 petitions? Really??????? How can the USCIS be so incompetent? Don't they realize that if a huge backlog accrues at the VSC it will require more resources to address it later?????????????

I'm sure that they're aware. But they feel no need to actually act on their promises, and have no repercussions for their ridiculous behavior. We should work to change that. :)

I wouldn't say there's *nothing* we can do about it. I rather think it will take work on our part, but we can make a positive difference. If not for us, then for the people who will petition after us.

I just found out why they're so slow. Vermont is virtually the ONLY service center taking DACA's!!!!! While they did 939 I-130's in November, they managed to complete more than 10,000 DACA's (I-821's)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an outrage, this country has been given over whole sale to the illegals. I can't believe I worked for that criminal Obama's campaign for 3 months!

Vermont transferred my case to Nebraska a month ago and now my wife was approved today. If I had to do it over I would bring her as an employee because they get approved in 2 weeks. I know because I asked what the 2 week Expedited service was and the lady said it was ONLY for workers. hmmm????? Also Obama just immigrated a lot of workers from India to fix the Obamacare system with immediate visas. That's why nobody waits at the Mexican border. It is wide open with maps to get to Texas.

Nobody "immigrated" anybody from India to "fix Obamacare"

What proof do you have of this ?

The Obamacare site was designed and managed by a CANADIAN contractor - and will now be replaced by an AMERICAN federal IT service firm.

Do you understand what "immediate visas" even means ??? And that there is no such thing as an "immediate visa" !
