Hi, I'm a US citizen and married my filipino wife in the Philippines. Our daughter, out of wedlock, was born in the Philippines. Do I need to file a separate I-130 for our daughter? She is 7 months old. We are filing DCF. I thought our child is already a US citizen since I am, but I'm not 100% sure. Thank you in advance.

If you meet the residency and other requirements for CRBA, no need to file i130 for the child.
