Need to report my change of citizenship to Social Security

Hi all,

I successfully got my passport and naturalization certificate, and I now have to report to Social Security regarding the change in my citizenship. I noticed on the application form that I have to enter my mother's name at her birth, as well as her social security number. What do you write if your parents are not American citizens? Do you just leave it blank?
