11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box

These people do not respect family, they are so quick to approve K 1 visas and those persons aren't even married yet, this wait game sucks a whole lot, February 07, 2014 coming will make three (3) full months since I am waiting on NOA2. K 1 petitioners does not even have to wait two months, this treatment is so unfair, no lie!

NVC Receive AOS Package - 04/08/2014

Receive IV Bill - 28/08/2014

Send IV Package - 28/08/2014

Pay IV Bill - 30/08/2014

Case Complete - October 21, 2014

Interview Date - December 05, 2014 rescheduled from December 29, 2014

14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

It's still showing 8.7 months for processing time for TSC.. we're already 8 months and 5 days in processing.. I don't even think they have touched our case yet! But I'm kind of glad they haven't updated, so we can call saying we're over the processing time

these processing dates are for November 30th, 2013 so i hope they're processing late april now >.<

Those processing times are BS, a lot of April, May, June filers have been approved but by keeping the dates that far back it means anyone who hasn't been approved yet from last spring is not outside normal processing times so can't do anything about the delay. They can't seriously think we don't know this?!

Those numbers still don't mean anything at all.

CSC is actually processing June and July petitions not March


Those processing times are BS, a lot of April, May, June filers have been approved but by keeping the dates that far back it means anyone who hasn't been approved yet from last spring is not outside normal processing times so can't do anything about the delay. They can't seriously think we don't know this?!

it is just a game they are playing so they don't get floaded with service requests.

Also, it is always a safety net for them if they get pressed to show some real improvement by May 2014.

USCIS are the masters of creative statistics. The Idea is still active on the Idea Community site (ranked #3 with 119 votes), I wonder if it will get pulled now that the numbers are posted....
