How long should I wait?

We were approved on Nov. 1st and my fiance still hasn't received packet 3. I contacted Montreal and they said that the info. was mailed out on Nov. 29th. They emailed me on Dec. 21st saying they had the wrong postal code for my fiance's address and that another packet was sent out. Not sure how that happened. I know things are probably slow because of the holidays but how long should I sit and wait for it to arrive before contacting them again? I'm just really getting sick of waiting on them. I'm really trying to be patient but at this point it's really getting hard.

Give it a few more days before calling. Remember that in Canada there is no mail on Saturday, and Monday AND Tuesday there would have been no mail because of Christmas/Boxing Day. That doesn't leave a lot of days for it to travel. They send it via regular mail, so depending on where your fiance lives it can take awhile, plus it can take them a couple of days from ordering a package to be mailed for it to actually leave their mail room. I know it's hard to wait, I remember the feeling, as I said in your last thread the same thing happened to me. It will get there. Unfortunately, when dealing with Montreal one must have an infinite amount of patience. I hope it gets there soon!
