Finally available to pay AOS fee!!

Hi guy, today we can pay the AOS fee, I have a question, after on site appear PAID and print the barcode, we need the IRS tax and complete the Form I-864. I find this form on USCIS site and download it, is correct? I have attached it down... my husband can complete this and after send to NVC with IRS tax and barcode? thank you!!!

Congratulations of being able to finally file. Yes, that is the correct form for AOS.

Yes that's the correct form ( Look at the expiries at date on the top right to make sure).

Just saw this on a thread and thought I'd share here too as it's relevant. You can now get the IRS tax transcripts online (no longer need to wait to receive it by mail)!! Look here: http://www.irs.gov/I.../Get-Transcript

This will make it even easier (and way faster) for people to get their tax transcripts to send to NVC

Majority checklist are for AOS. Scan the forums and find out what the checklist were about. Also have a different set of eyes check your completed AOS.

Tax for 2013 is not necessary till after April 2014.

If send AOS after April 2014 then you send tax for 2013,2012,2011

If send AOS now , you send : 2012,2011,2010

So you can send AOS now

for both AOS and IV document when your online payment show "PAID" then you can send document.

Yes, it's true don't wait NVC if you want to shorten the time!
