HI everyone! its me again, lol! i just have a question regarding adjustment of status, if i have a joint sponsor, (mother-in-law) is she need to fill up the I864 affidavit of support and I864a? thanks muchluv.gifrolleyes.gif

Is this K1 in the Philippines? Manila US Embassy rarely accepts co-sponsor for K1.

Good luck though.
