On January 10, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Am so excited! What next??????? Input from all who has passed this stage would be very useful.

Congrats..,.,but you have a long road to travel still. NVC, medical, interview, possible AP,.,.., just be ready, and be strong, you are well on your way.,.,and to me you cannot have enough """documented, dated"""" pictures for the officer, at the interview.

Hello all,

Thanks for your messages,please i have a little problem and need help. We got da NOAs. And it says we only hv until 5/9/l4 for me 2 come,is it possible for USCIS to give us such short time frame? We've paid for another trip in Feb for our anniversary and will be a financial burden on us. Please can some one help me with an idea of what NVC stage will cost us till it gets sent to Lagos? We are trying to deal with the face time stuff that Lagos is known to take too seriously
