USCIS advised us that we have to wait to check the application status until you got NOA-1 hardcopy. But I checked 3 days later after my fiance got NOA-1 by text and email and I could see saying "Acceptance".

Thanks I have signed up an account too does this mean I can track the whole process when my SRC number is active ?

Paul

Yes, sure. Even though you don't signed up, you can still tracking your application by put the receipt number on check status.

There is an option to sign up for email updates too.

Paul

Yes, did signed up. But I did not get any updates as they promise they'll do. I found out about my I-129F approval after I put my receipt number there. My fiance did not get any updates by text or email as well. Only for NOA-1.

Paul

You can track the 129 part of the process

There is an option to sign up for email updates too.

Paul

Our file remained in initial review forever. Never did update. USCIS data is not reliable.

Ok seems pointless then to sign up

Paul

Sign up. And later down the line add your new cases for AOS, EAD, AP, removing conditions and citizenship to your account. I have all those in a list on my account. You will get emails and texts if anything significant happens like approval, RFE, (later) card in production. It doesn't always work perfectly if somebody on their end doesn't enter the update. Like we never got the approval or card in production for the greencard. It was a total surprise in the mailbox. 13 months later, they updated and we got notified his greencard was approved. All the other cases worked flawlessly. Edited by Nich-Nick
