DS 160 photo upload broken??

Timeline

Finally got to this step for my k1 visa- packet 3 YAY! Only to hit a wall...i get the whole DS160 filled out and select 'upload picture' and keep getting: WTFFFFFFFFF!!!! Anyone else having this issue?? please help

Same problem here, been trying for hours now and restarted my computer with no success.

Seems like they're working on the web site and we aren't able to upload pictures at this time, maybe we'll have better luck tomorrow. Just make sure to save your application number or you'll have to start all over...

I hope theres a fix soon people. If i was you all i'd start mailing the websites team through "Contact" navigation and tell them of the error for a fast fixture.

17 January 2014 - USCIS Shipped to NVC

29th January 2014 - NVC Recieved and assigned Case #

4th February 2014 - Abu Dhabi Embassy Recieved our case and the status is now "READY" for interview

24th September 2014 - Interview date - FINGERS CROSSED!

You guys are using IE not another browser right? Firewalls, anti-virus, and ad blockers are all turned off?

Smells like the error is them, not user fail. Hopefully the fact that Jessicacallum has managed to use it since the thread started suggests they've kicked whatever fell over on their end. wink.png

The only way I could imagine that error coming up if it was something the user did is if someone tried to upload some weird non-image filetype.

It's been thankfully a long, long, time since I've had anything to do with .NET applications. biggrin.png

Mine worked but when I uploaded the picture it wasn't good enough so I have to take one with me to the interview lol fail

Yes...same problem for us. Our visa interview is scheduled for Thursday...hoping this isn't a major problem as it would be really upsetting to have to move our interview because of a technical problem like this.....
