Filled K-1 as Petitioner. Went from Initial Review .. to .. Post Decision Activity status on the USCIS Web Site. The USCIS message said We shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to NVC or DOS. Is this the normal processing proceedure and notification? Called but was informed it had not yet arrived to them yet.

That is what we experienced too. Congratulations, its all good :) It did take a few weeks for it to arrive at NVC/DOS, but keep calling every day or so. From memory it was within 2 weeks of them sending it.
