Applied I129F for K3 visa

Hello Friends,

I've applied I129F petition for K3 on Oct-2013, I got NOA1 on 18-Oct-2013, Now that status is in 'Initial Review'. Could any one tell me the approximate approval time for my case please?

Case number starts with 'MSC'

K-3s are very rarely issued anymore.

I129F for K3 Will be processed along with I130 according to the reply I received from USCIS thro my Congressman's office. My I-130 has been pending for more than 7.5 months and I129F for more than 5 months!

I have already applied I130 on Sep-2013 and change the status referring to I129 for K3.

i apply I-130 april 18, 2013 I got approve on December 5, 2013….

blsuda, it appears to be unlikely that the K3 visa will be approved, and reading through many of the forums here will substantiate that claim. I had also applied for it, along with many other VJ'ers, but Immigration tends to just put the I-129F and the I-130 together, and only complete the I-130.

5 months are done on my I129F case, Now 5th month is running, Still it's in 'Initial Review' does anyone have any info in how many more months it will be taken.

It is USCIS policy to join your I-130 and I-129F. The processing time for this is about 8 months+. You have to wait.

Today I have noticed that my ' I129F has been transferred to another office for processing '. at the same time my I130 also got the same message. so could any one know about which one they will process first?

The USCIS adjudicate the petitions at the same time.

Today also I got another move on my I129F and I130 cases both are "We transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case" messages

I applied for I130 on March 2013 and I129 in September 2013 , I have my interview (for I129) after 5 days! yaay! 7th MArch2014 ,so it took almost 4 months for them to process my I129 ,n we wasted one month to organize our documents.

Timelines for my I129F for K3 case till Feb

NOA1: 18-Oct-2013

NOA T1 (to another office): 25th-Feb-2014

NOA T2 (to your local office): 26th-Feb-2014

NOA T3 (Was Transferred and is now being processed): 28th-Feb-2014

When can we expect to get approved??

On 26th Feb-2014 they transferred my I129F to Nebraska Service Center. Does any one known how long will it takes.
