hi vj friend,

my case f2a catgory and my interview date is 11 feb. 2014 in local newdelhi emmbassy. my finicial document incomplete and nvc said that document submit at interview time my spouse have all sporting document and 2012-13 w2s.

can embassy demand latest w2s of 2013-14?

my spouse not fill income tax of 2013-14 is this nessecery or not to fill w2s of 2014 at interview time ?

You will be filing taxes for 2013 only in 2014 and the deadline is April. If you get your W-2 for 2013 by Feb then yes you can take it but there is no requirement to show that you have filed taxes in Feb itself for the year 2013 since April is the deadline and your interview is in Feb 2014.

You might be able to print his W2 for 2013 off the internet. My company uses ADP (they process payroll for thousands of companies) and there is a website to print the W2 as well as paystubs. The W2 will be printable after Jan 31 so you could have it in time for your interview.

Presenting the petitioner's and joint sponsor's 2012 ITR and W2 is okay, as long as they meet the poverty guidelines.
