N-400 form - How do you handle being rehired in Employment History?

Hey everyone, I've searched around for an answer to this but couldn't find one. I have a question about Part 6.B - "Where have you worked during the last five years?" on the N-400 form. Basically, I was working for a company for a year, then got laid off. I was unemployed for about 4 months, then re-hired by the company that I got laid off from.

Therefore, should I list the rehire company twice (original employment and rehire employment)? Or just the once (start of original employment to end of rehire employment)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I just fear it getting rejected because someone thinks that I didn't bother putting in the correct dates (when they are correct, just convoluted!).

Thanks.

Rob

I agree, I would do twice putting both periods. Don't think too much as if they have any questions, they will ask and you have a chance to explain that during the interview.
