i on the other hand an very sad that we still have not even received NOA2 .

This is such a test of patience. Seems that the texas service center is not moving very fast.

Just had to share my frustration...... am sure you other Jan filers in the same boat can relate. Seeming unlikely at this point the we will be in the 5 month average window....

G'Day fellow Australian! We filed the I-129F form on the same day and received our NOA1's only a day apart. I only hope that we also get petition approval NOA2 at the same time also! Stay calm, you're not alone in this wait!

On the 15th of April the US embassy in London send a letter of scheduling my interview for the 7th of May, unfortunately this was sent to our lawyer in the states who due to the US postal system did not receive it till the 9th of May. They sent no email to me or the lawyer despite it being stated on our forms.

So... you can see we have a predicament. I've tried my hardest to speak to someone at the embassy in London but there is NO ACTUAL WAY YOU CAN SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING.

Any advice will be appreciated....

Hi All

I am so exhausted, and I constantly remind myself to not lose faith. But enough of that. I filed my case on January 15th 2014 for my fiancé who is currently in India, and I received the NOA on January 22nd. Since then absolutely no development. We constantly check online for any development and absolutely nothing. I did send it to Texas. I have the following questions.

1. Where does the next NOA arrive, my address (Orlando - Petitioner) or at the beneficiary address in India.

2. What are next steps, do I need to mail her the Affidavit of support now or I do it once we get the NOA 2 and complete the DS-160.

3. Any suggestions for her on how to prepare for the interview? We have the following evidence, phone records, pictures, passport copies of me visiting India to meet her multiple times, screen shots of "whatsapp", call log, letters from friends here in the US who speak to her and know her through me.

4. how to make that time line thing in the foot note area?

Any advise is helpful

1. To the petitioner's address.

2. Wait until you receive NOA2. You can prepare as much as possible but some items are time sensitive so better to wait.

3. There are specific guides related to this and also country specific forums that may be more helpful concerning your actual embassy procedures and reviews.

4. Just type it in your signature line under your profile.

1. It's variable.

2. I was asked where we met, when we met, what she does for a living, how long she's been at her job, when did she move back to America, how many times we've seen each other since she's been back, and when do we intend to marry.

3. Tax returns...

4. No idea.

I have one fear, I was married previously and got divorced last year. We connected after that. Are there other couples who were in similar situations and did they meet any hurdles from the consulate. What kind of questions did they ask? Did they need more evidence

I got a clean bill of divorce from the judge and me and my x wife are good in all terms. Please advise. Thanks

We're quick because we're all online talking to our partners

They did ask me if my partner has ever been married. But that's as far as we got as neither of us have. I'm sure it'll be ok, as long as you have the divorce certificate, or some evidence.

I am also looking to hear for any negative experiences during the interview. I rather hear them now, sh*t my pants and prepare for those type of questions before the actual interview. Well its her who has to answer, but I rather give her as much info as possible. Thanks all
