Hello everyone ( deep bows).Hope this finds all of you in health.

I am a resident of Chennai, India. My Fiancee is a USC and lives on disability ( Internal Cardiac Pacemaker) in Seattle.
We have known eachother since Sep 20, 2011 and got engaged on March 9th 2013, when she came to India. After which she filed for a K 1 fiancee visa. I had my interview on 12/12/2013.
I had attended my K 1 visa interview on 12/12/2013 at the mumbai consulate. And eventhough my interview went on well, i had no hiccups and answered everything positively,The CO (lady) who interviewed me, gave me a 221 (g) white slip after the interview saying that my file was incomplete and that I needed to submit more documents :-

1) Proof of correspondence

2) proof of communications.. telephone records etc.

At that time i had mentioned to the CO that i had brought everything with me, But the CO refused to see them by saying that she did not have the time to review it and that i need to deposit my passport along with the documents at the VFS center. I immediately went and submitted all the documents and proof with the VFS center.
The I-129F which was approved had an expiration date 12/19/2013. When i had mentioned this to them, they had said that my case will be processed irrespective of the date of expiry of the I-129F.
Till 01/03/2014 evening whenever i checked the CEAC website it said "Administrative Processing" But suddenly the same evening the status changed to "Returned to NVC".
It is also extremely surprising to see, that even though i had submitted all the required and mentioned documents in the 221 (g) handed out to me ( read about 100+phone cards , her phone bills highlighting our conversation, 120+ courier receipts, greeting cards, letters ) , I was also carrying about 4 kilograms of Yahoo chat printout out of which the VFS officer took just some from the front and some from the back.
What is surprising to me, is that they, the embassy never contacted me or the petitioner my fiancee for additional proof before sending it back to NVC.. Because it was clearly mentioned on the 221 (g) form that they would contact me, in case they needed any further evidence.

2. Most importantly , my fiancee has a heart problem ( internal cardiac pacemaker) and is on disability. Now eversince we have seen this posting, she has been crying inconsolably .. and i pray that something untoward should not happen. Even as i am writing this, i am telling her to keep strong.
I had written to them regarding everything and asked them.. and this is the response i had got :-- Your petition was returned to the National Visa Center (NVC) on January 3, 2014, with a memorandum explaining the facts of this case. Once NVC receives the petition, it will return it to the approving office of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). K-petitions, unless revalidated by the consular officer, are only valid for four months from the date of USCIS action. When USCIS receives an expired I-129F, they will not look into the basis for the return, but will allow it to remain expired and will not reaffirm or reopen the petition. Please direct all future inquiries regarding this case to the approving USCIS office
I have a gut feelilng that they actually did not even bother to ever see the proof at all, because If 100+phone cards , her phone bills highlighting our conversation, 120+ courier receipts, greeting cards, letters and yahoo chat ( 2 years of it ) do not qualify as enough proof..
What is the next course of action that we need to take ? We are totally hurt and broken as hell. We are genuinely in love with each other and would like to be together.
would be indebted if you could kindly guide us and show us the way

you two could wait it out, this transit of the petition, and hope that she receives a NoID letter with possibility to submit more evidence,

or

file a new petition this week, including ALL of the evidence you two have already gathered up.

Your choice.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
