help with form 156k

please im filling out form 156k part 5(list name, date and place of birth of all unmarried children under 21 years of age) my fiance and me have a baby but he is in the petition because he has american passport so my question is i must list my son in the part 5 of form 156k please somebody help me.

Yes, list them. If the child is a USC with a US passport and does not need a K-2 visa, then check the box No for 'Will accompany you' and 'Will follow you'.

As I said, you choose 'No' to both. The child is not applying for a K-2 visa to accompany or follow to join. Those questions apply for a child that is need of a visa and would be obtaining a K-2 based on your K-1. That is not the case for you, so the answer to them is No. If you want to make it absolutely clear, then next to where you list their birth place, put (USC child in process of obtaining US passport).
