Hi everybody!

I have a question pertaining to my other child. When we filed the petition, we ticked "no" to the question if she was going to follow.. And now she wants to follow.

She'll be 21 in July and we sent the papers to the Embassy and we wonder if she'll be denied because she changed her mind and that maybe, we shouldn't have ticked "no" answer to the question.

Anybody knows the answer to that?

No. as long as the visa application is filed and the visa fee is paid, USUALLY there is no problem.

Might be best to include a cover letter with the visa application paperwork stating this 'change of mind'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The IV Unit will snap to, wake up, when the first bit of the K-2 application comes across and the fee is paid.
