Hello!

I recieved a letter today from the Embassy in Ireland with my interview date, at the bottom of the letter it say "Encl: Packet 4" But there was nothing in it, it was just a letter. So my Question is, is the letter packet 4 or will i recieve something else? Any info will be really helpful, sorry if this sounds lile a stupit question.

I thought that you should have received some additional forms such as DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157,FS-257a. Did you receive these in your packet #3? If I were you, I would contact the Consulate and put that question to them. From one Consulate to another, what you get in each packet can vary. Hopefully a VJ'er that has gone through Ireland can give more clairity.

Normally packet 3 has all the info on docs etc. you need to gather for the interview and you fax back a couple pages. The packet 4 - has the interview date, doctor's office and clinics etc. for you to contact - (this is how it was in Colombia.) Good Luck

It is usually called "Pre-Interview Appointment" then after that, you will receive the packet 4 that contains instructions, Blank Forms and address where you will have your interview.

hopefully someone who has gone thru the process at Dublin Embassy can info you. I'd contact the Dublin Embassy or check the Embassy's website. the requirements are not the same at all Embassys.
