If you're getting nowhere with USCIS, maybe it's time to contact your Congressperson. I'm by no means the expert on this matter, so I'm sure someone else will have some advice for you!

So, even though your NOA1 is dated in January (which is outside their processing time line), they still couldn't - wouldn't help? :-(

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

my question is... Why have you waited so long to contact anyone? Go straight to the Ombudsman's office and demand that you get an approval .. They will be able to help you since you are out of the processing times. Also, put in a service request and also request an expedite.

I can't believe you waited this long without getting people involved

I'm sorry the infopass appt yielded nothing for you. As I stated awhile ago, it is time to contact an ombudsman and your a senator or congress person to get their liaison on your case. You really need to get on it ASAP! Keep us updated.
