Hi,

On your 1st question, I just put none and I mentioned that I got vaccinations during my childhood in Philippines but documents that time are hard to obtain (by the way I got my vaccinations during the 80's) and anyways, st luke's will determine your vaccine which are required. Next is the employment, i think mine too, i have put up to 2 employments only. Don't worry about it if they require more employment proof, just bring your back up in the interview. Hope this gives you an idea now.

Hi,

Yes you are right and wrong. DS-160 is the form being use now and required by the US Consulate to fill up and to be submitted thru online. Not the DS-156 or DS-156K anymore if you're referring to this.

No, I'm right, since a K-1 is a nonimmigrant visa tongue.png

I was referring to the OP asking about "has an immigrant petition ever been filed on your behalf", though.

hi,

i put no and also included my explanation but nothing was asked about it during my interview. but you're going to have your interview in the Philippines mine was outside the country. or better have your medical first before finishing the DS-160. Just save your application. Your ME will determine that if you require vaccination or not.

1) If you have never been petitioned before (current petition does not count), NO is the answer.

2) You can answer YES as you will get documentation from SLEC at the end of the medical.

3) Don't stress too much on this one, really not that vital.
