Thank you to both of u.... NVC dont have my case, and im getting depressed and anxious, nine years waiting... I will call the nvc again if they dont have it i will call the uscis and talk with a tier 2 supervisor...

Patience is definitely something I didn't have either. The whole process went faster then you realize. We were very disappointed when it was another 41 days for the earliest interview, but let me tell you it was here before we knew it. Hang in there and dont forget that its holiday season so expect a couple extra days added in there for being closed etc. maybe they will have a great push forward with the end of the year coming and you will finally have a case number.
