Your profile says you're filling for a spousal visa but you have proof of engagement? Also, your eco won't prove that the baby is his, it just proves you're pregnant. :)

A blood test would show it's yours. A passport stamp shows you were in the same country when the pregnancy began. No one is doubting that you're the parent, but an echograph isn't necessary or useful in proving a bona fide relationship. Boarding passes, passport stamps, photos, and the receipts will be enough on their own.

lol and how can i make a blood test if the baby isnt born, u are stupid god,

You can't, which is why I and SparklePony are both informing you to disregard the pregnancy as proof of your relationship. Either accept that advice graciously or ignore it, but don't resort to name-calling at me or anyone else trying to help you.

You shouldn't treat people who are trying to help you like that.

Only a DNA test can prove who the father is. The fact that she got pregnant when you were with her doesn't mean that the baby is without-any-shadow-of-a-doubt-yours. Are we saying that it's not yours? No, we're most definitely not. We're just saying it's not conclusive evidence.

And by the way, you can get the baby's DNA tested while she's still pregnant, with an amniocentesis. I'm not saying she should, either. I'm just saying that a pregnancy, by itself, won't prove you've met within the two years prior to filling the petition. It may seem silly to you (and I would agree with you) but that's the way it is.
