FAX OK FOR G-325A ?

Question: Regarding G-325A/ Bio. info. An oversight has led me to be with out my fiances original copy of the bio info, with signature. My question; is does anyone know if she can fax/e-mail copies of this, with her signature, notarized ? I do have a hand written/signed original letter of her intent to marry. Or must she fed-ex the originals to me ? Any help is greatly appreciated .. thnx

It has to be an original. It'll take you less time to get the originals Fed Ex'd to you than what you might lose if they were to send an RFE for sending faxed copies (potentially 3 weeks).

I agree, original signed copies are required. Don't risk an RFE.

It HAS to be original signature, if you send a copy you'll get an RFE.

Maybe your question is unclear but all four pages of the form should reflect the identical information

I downloaded from the example forms, and I see that they have 3 marked naturalize, and 1 marked Other 129F

if they are all identical, then that would be easy

Its simple. If you are sending in the G325a in conjunction with a fiance/e visa application, then indicate that it is for a I 129f petition.

That was a mistake on the example forms. When you fill out your form on your computer it will automatically fill the other 3 pages when you fill the first, and all of them will look the same.
