I'm currently staying in Norway until this year for a working visa that will expire until the 19th of December.I decided not to renew visa and go home in my homecountry,Manila.I bought plane ticket already and be flying back this 11th of the year.I've emailed the NVC through their email address regarding case transfer/change of consulate, but I've been rejected thrice.I've sent a copy of my birth Certificate,Marriage Cert, government id in the Philippines, copy of Passport, and my expiring residence permit attached in the mail.Hope you can help me with this one.Thank you so much

Here is the reply mail i always received everytime I requested for case transfer.
