OMG Really...? We called in like 2-3 days ago...and this guy answered the phone..he was so nice aswell and he said he put up a service reuqest for us...(We filed on Dec. 19th and they received it on the 27th!! Sooo i'm scared that he may of have lied to us about it... :(

Are you serious!? I'm very happy for you that they did that! But what's up with them giving such different information to everybody? Don't they know we know!!?? Maybe they never heard of the internet! Sure wouldn't surprise me!

Anyway, let us know how it goes Zach.

That's really interesting, thanks for posting. You're only 2 days behind us in terms of NOA1.

I'm a bit of a data geek and have been running some numbers and it looked like we might get approved around 30th June.

And I hear ya on the last part. They can do anything they like, no-one holds them to account, and they're constantly moving the goal posts :(

Bunnygirl, actually we're on the exact same date. My timeline was wrong, I just corrected it. I'm December 16th too. And that's what I told them on the phone today. So December 16th, according to this woman, can start complaining on June 26th! I'm gonna start tomorrow!

I've also mailed in an expedite request through my Senator - because my fiance is in a very dangerous situation with a brother-in-law who is threatening to kill her. They even denied that when I opened the request a few weeks ago - saying that they get too many requests like this! They didn't even ask or let me send the documentation! So we'll see if the Senator has any better luck.

I've been tracking a few petitions on USCIS website and noticed that 3 of them were approved today. These are either a few days before mine or a few days after mine. Looks like TSC is moving along now.

I'm hoping we TSC December filers will all get good news by end of this month.

Weirdly, I got an email as I'd signed up for alerts on their website but my fiance (who completed the G1145) didn't. Our case status has been updated online too.

OMG, so excited! I'm so not going to be able to go back to sleep now - it's 4am here!!
