Well guys just received a glimmer of hope today from my congressman's office. TSC got back to her and told her that they have now moved my case to the "adjucation section" for "final processing/decision"! I hope this means an NOA2 soon!

She also said that if in 30 days i dont hear anything from them that i could call her back to follow up with TSC.

Good to hear that ! Is this "move" because of the congressman's office asked TSC to or is it just an update of the status of your case ?

I believe it is directly related to the call from the congressman's office. It is odd tho that others seem to be being told the same thing through the congress office that they had heard by calling TSC themselves.

last time i called they told me that they are working on November 16.today i called them i cant blve what they said.they are working on November 5 .whats happening ..why they give us wrong information where as i can see many December filters are getting approvals

I don't see any Dec filers getting approved....all i see are MARCH, APRIL and/or MAY filers getting approved

I think you're in the wrong forum, those are I-130 approvals, not I-129Fs.

K-1

I-129F NOA1 => NOA2: 161 days

NOA2 => Interview: 64 days

AP: 33 days

Total: 258 days

I-485 NOA => GC: 333 days

Hi Everyone,

It has been 5+ months on my case. I called USCIS today and the respresentative told me the officers are still processing November cases. :(

They can tell you anything they like. Check Igor's list - you can see they are processing a few December ones, just incredibly slowly.

Hang in there. We WILL get our approvals at some point - hopefully we're at the end of that road now.

5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day and counting...
