Question on G 325A

Greetings to you all. This is my first post here as I begin the "journey".

On the second page of the G325A:

"This form is submitted in connection with and application for:"

-Naturalization

-Status as a perm. resident

-Other

My question is this: There are 4 G 325A forms and on the sample forms from this site Status as a perm resident is checked on the first of the four, while Naturalization is checked on the last three forms....please advise.

That is an error with the old form, if you use the G325A from the USCIS website, it no longer does that. Whatever you put on the first page will carryover to the next 3. Are you applying for a K3? If so, in that case you would put something like Other: K3 Petition for Spouse.

I had the same exact problem weareall1. At first I thought it was normal until I asked and was pointed to the newer form. The good news is you can get the correct form and fix it. The bad news is you get to type the forms over.
