DS-160 Case Status Help

Hello,

So, I've recently received the letter from NVC and informed my fiancee that he needed to fill out the DS-160 online form, which he did. I then sent and e-mail to our consulate, Rio de Janeiro Brazil, asking if we already had an interview date. I got a reply saying they had my fiancee's information in their systems but we needed to wait for an interview date to be assigned and that they would contact us. Today we checked the visa status on ceac.state.gov and it came up saying NO STATUS, Please contact the U.S. Consular office you believe is responsible for processing your visa application.

I assume that this cannot be a good thing. I sent another e-mail today but I'm worried. I should be worried right? The form was completed on the 22nd or November and it still doesn't have a status? Has this happened to anyone before? Anyone know what we should do?

Thank you!

Did you figure out what happened?

Because this morning I had checked my status and it said the application was in AP, now it says what you have, "No Status: Please contact the U.S. Consular office you believe is responsible for processing your visa application."
