hi! I'm a j1 visa holder and I'm back her in my country for almost a year already. My ds2019 and passport states that I am not subject to 2 year home rule but some told me that even though It states on my documents I am still subject to it. Is it true? I'm really getting nervous because of this and my boyfriend have 4 past misdemeanors that we stated in our petition. our petition got approved but do you think it will affect my visa interview? My fiancé have been here twice in my country within this year and when I'm still in America we are living together already. I need some advise or answers. Thanks!
