1-We sent our 1-130 for husband and kid on 26-7-2013 and got our NOA1 on 29-7-2013 by email only not by post mail is my address wrong ?

2- I send by DHL and expedite request to NBC Lee’s Summit, MO 64064-8010 on 23-10-2013 and I got nothing till now did my expedite decline ?

3- where will my NOA2 sent to me by email (like NOA1) OR by post mail or by update my case status on USCIS website ?

our case is in NBC , start with MSC ( Missouri Service center).

Did you write wrong address in I-130 form ?

You can call to NBC number mention on your email receipt and tell them about your hard copy receive failed .

They will further inform you what should you need to do next.

You can ask for an Expedite over the phone or by E-mail contact USCIS

If you have already filed your application or petition:

You can make an expedite request by contacting the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283. The NCSC will take a “service request” and forward your expedite request to the office with jurisdiction over the application or petition. You also have the options of 1). visiting your local office by scheduling an InfoPass appointment or 2). writing a letter to the local office or service center.

Your case was adjudicated to NBC, but still with USCIS. Also you can get your NOA2 by E-mail and updates of your status by text message if you gave a cell number (US number) and choose to get them. Also you can check the status of your case https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do enter your MSC #

Took the words right out of my mouth!

Just know Egypt is moving but very slow. They just finished a K1 case that began in August of 2012. We are hoping we are next in line as the Embassy tells us, inshaAllah. Good luck to you and your family.
