IV fee status : in process :

hey guys i put an inquiry about why i paid the IV fee online on November 25 and it is still saying in process and i got an answer back from the NVC which is states :

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition:.................... filed by ............................... on behalf of .........

It appears we did not yet receive the fee payment which you referred to in your inquiry. Please allow 3-5 business days for the fee payment to be reconciled with the case.

but the fee has cleared my bank account

any help guys would be appreciated

oh yes it did shows paid on December 2 which is on Monday
