I have two questions :

the sponsor that we have has already sponsored several people I know that we have to put that aswell in the i134 but do we have to count them aswell in his household??

I mean even if those persons already have their greencard ??

he has a wife and two kids does that mean the household size is 4 ?

Yes you have to include them. If they are living there they have to be included.

Yes, he is responsible for them until the sponsored immigrants become US citizens, or pass a certain amount of time working (it amounts to 10 years, I believe?).

The K1 journey:                                                                                                                             The AOS journey:

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

 

The N-400 journey:

02/16/2020 - N-400 application filed online

02/21/2020 - Paper NOA received in the mail

03/13/2020 - Biometrics

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

Sponsorship does not end because someone has their green card. From the I-864 instructions>

11. How Long Does My Obligation as a Sponsor Continue?

Your obligation to support the immigrant(s) you are sponsoring in this affidavit of support will continue until the

sponsored immigrant becomes a U.S. citizen, or can be credited with 40 qualifying quarters of work in the United States.

Although 40 qualifying quarters of work (credits) generally equate to 10 years of work, in certain cases the work of a

spouse or parent adds qualifying quarters. The Social Security Administration can provide information on how to

count qualifying quarters (credits) of work.

The obligation also ends if you or the sponsored immigrant dies or if the sponsored immigrant ceases to be a lawful

permanent resident and departs the United States. Divorce does not end the sponsorship obligation.

Yes you have to include them. If they are living there they have to be included.

Living together does not necessarily mean someone is counted in your household size.
